UI/UX Designer

We’re looking for a thoughtful and detail-driven UI/UX Designer to join the team at byenvigo.com. You’ll work closely with developers, strategists, and product managers to bring digital experiences to life, from idea to execution. Whether it’s a web platform, a mobile app, or an internal tool, you’ll be responsible for shaping interfaces that are both functional and delightful.

What you’ll do

  • Translate user needs and business goals into intuitive design solutions

  • Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes

  • Work closely with product and development teams to ensure designs are implemented smoothly

  • Conduct and analyse user research and usability testing

  • Contribute to and evolve design systems and component libraries

  • Stay updated on design trends, accessibility standards, and emerging tools

  • Present work clearly and confidently, backing your choices with logic and empathy

What we’re looking for

  • 2–4 years of professional experience in UI/UX design

  • Strong portfolio that shows your design thinking, process, and attention to detail

  • Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch (we use Figma mostly)

  • A solid understanding of responsive design and web accessibility

  • Familiarity with front-end concepts (no coding required, but bonus if you’re curious)

  • Ability to give and receive constructive feedback

  • A balance of creativity and systems thinking. You care about the small things without losing sight of the big picture

Nice to have

  • Experience working on SaaS platforms or enterprise products

  • Exposure to motion design or micro-interactions

  • Understanding of A/B testing and data-driven design decisions
